thanks Chuck and David! When do I take people off the AutoResponder?

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to take a sec to Introduce myself. My name is Jason Barbosa and I just purchased my website. Searchkingstonhomes.com

I am very excited. I joined BRO last year and asked Chuck about money making websites when I saw his.
He told me to hurry and get one before someone else in my community does and I wouldn't be dissapointed. Soon as I saw it I knew it was an amazing tool, but I had just joined BRO so I didn't want to commit to anymore monthly services.

Luckily knowone did buy it here. Also have to thank David Waters to since I called him to ask him about it before signing on.

Anyways, I am very excited about being a member and getting to share information with the great people on here. I have already spent over an hour just reading posts and have got some great wisdom. So thanks to all those who share.

My site went live about a week ago and I have 27 Subscribers. This morning was the first contact that had been made to me. One Form Request and One response to the first Auto response Email.

I made contact quickly and have been communicating throughout the day with them.

The Manual says that once they request the marketwatch to take them off the Auto Responder.

Do we do this for everyone who shares their plan with us.

The guy that filled out my marketwatch, responded to my first email to him saying that he was not interested in me wasting my postage sending him stuff cause he is not interested in buying, but that he was looking for Multi Units at a good price........so if one comes on to send him the listing. (so much for not being interested haha)

So should I take him off the autoresponder then?? and just make sure to look for properties for him??
or do i continue looking for him and keep him on?

other person just built but might sell in the new year and wanted to know the price of a home on her street. So I am taking her off the list since I know that she is going to most likely sell in the New year, and will just focus on maintaining communication with her until then....

Am I on track here? just not sure if I take everyone who raises there hand off, or just when they share what they want with me.

thanks
I sent an email to my databas last night.

Just Wondering

Are you looking at a certain neighborhood to buy a home in?

Regards,

Debra

I sent it out to 300 people and got 33 to respond. A couple were renters (I referred to a rental agent) and I have responded to 5 but no further contact.

When they told me where they wanted, my next email was:

"How many bedrooms, baths, and price range? I will be happy to send you some listings."

THAT IS WHERE I LOST THEM.

Dean,
What should my next response be to keep them in conversation???

Thanks,
Keeping track of email conversations...

How are you guys keeping track of email conversations with leads as you're trying to develope them into clients? I usually don't enter just names and emails into my database. I have a really hard time tracking conversations where I send a second or third response to them and then I don't hear back. Sometimes I'm able to remember to send a "Hey xxx, Did you get my last email?" Other times, I forget. I'm trying to avoid cluttering up my data base with contact info like J Smith, jmith@aol.com

Thoughts?

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd post something that might help some MMW members out there. When I've been sending out the following following 9 little word email:

"Are you still looking for a home in _________?" When I get a no, especially this time of year, I ask them if they are going to pick up the search again in the spring. 70% of my no's have said yes they will. Food for thought...

Justin
