I went to check out blog ideas, as I need to get a couple posts up before the end of the month and found the site to be a little overwhelming. I like the choices, but decided that it would be easier to go through the info in more detail later.

That's my question back to you.
Is there a Dean-O-Matic type of thing available that would be a little scratched through, marked up, stars by the favorites thing too much work?
Lists are good, but prioritized or highlighted lists are better for me.
If I went to that site and had 5 min to put up a blog entry, I'm not sure what I would do?
I'd need to procratinate probably.
