| #1 | Do you ever think of taking a sabbatical?
What would you do if you did take one?
I'm starting to get curious about the idea...

| #2 | Ah.... you have hit the head of the problem. Too much time off! ;')
I'm curious how many agents really do "productive" work, not "administrative" work for 8 hours a day even 5 days a week? Productive meaning your highest and best use of your time; prospecting, follow-up, appointments, negotiating contracts, attending closings and thats it.
I know I don't, at least I admit it. |

| #3 | Google, who employs some of the top talent in the world, allows many employees to have 20% of their time "open".
I would love to take some time to reset my brain and think with crystal clarity.
Or even just to work "on" the business instead of "in" it for an extended time.
I love the thought of taking a sabbatical, because it means you need to create the structure to support "away" time.
I'm all about the quotation marks today.
