I know what we're supposed to send for the initial welcome package, but what are you guys sending for the follow up packages every two weeks (in addition to the property listings)?

Hi Justin,
The perfect follow up package contains:
1. The MarketWatch Newsletter
2. Cookie-offering cover letter
3. Updates of new listings and market activity with pictures
Nice inserts to rotate:
- helping people on the move
- local news article of interest
- feature listings (your own)
- Homebuyer workshop flier
All this in a nicely "pimped" envelope every 2 weeks.
